Job Description
Grow Crew Member (Entry Level) at Smellaz LLC We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our grow team. This is demanding, hands-on work cultivating high-quality plants in a fast-moving environment. We're seeking team members who can stay focused, work hard, and adapt quickly when Mother Nature shifts the plan. If you're ready to put in the effort and grow with us, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Water and care for plants daily Harvest, trim, buck, and transplant Clone and propagate plants Spray for pests (we'll train you) Keep the grow operation clean and organized Lift and move heavy materials like soil and pots Work with the team and independently to hit quality and efficiency goals Take on more responsibility as you gain experience This job demands focus and hustle. Tasks can shift quickly—harvesting one day, moving materials the next. You need to stay on track and pivot when needed. What We Need Strong work ethic—no laziness, no excuses Comfortable in hot, humid conditions and not afraid of hard, dirty work Ability to work in a team or solo without constant supervision Quick to learn, spot patterns, and take initiative Organized and able to anticipate what's needed Detail-oriented but fast, with a focus on quality Positive attitude, even when the work gets tough Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Requirements High school diploma or GED 18 years or older Valid state-issued ID or driver's license Must pass a background check (no felonies) and drug test (cannabis excluded) Reliable transportation to our facility Able to lift 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks If you're ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a high-quality grow operation, apply now.
