Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members who believe in providing top-tier hospitality and exceptional service. As a Team Member at Kinnamons Bakery, you will be cross-trained to work both the front and back of the house, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality to all guests.

Prepare and bake our signature cinnamon rolls and other baked goods.

Serve soft-serve ice cream and other desserts with care and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist with front-of-house duties, including taking orders and handling transactions.

Build Cinnamon rolls in front of guests to their specifications.

Bake cinnamon rolls throughout the day.

Prep and produce toppings while following a recipeCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Uphold Kinnamons Bakery standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

Positive and upbeat personality.

Ability to work alone as well as in a team settingStrong back-of-house skills.

Previous baking experience is a must.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to be cross-trained for front and back-of-house roles.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nights and Weekends are a must for this position- this position is forThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday closing shiftsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand on feet for long periods of time

Compensation:
