Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy hours and support team members during peak times Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality of all menu items served Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food storage conditions Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork spirit to foster a welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues Skills Experience in food preparation, food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or supporting kitchen operations is highly valued Culinary experience or restaurant background is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel welcome Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Crew Member if you're passionate about delivering great service in a lively environment!
