Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair along with ice cream and baked goods! Operate Toast POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cash register operations and balancing drawers at shift end Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and serving snacks or light meals as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Qualifications enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee and deserts meets your desire to serve others.
