Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing delicious food in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You will be a key part of our team, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change. Prepare food items according to Burger King standards and recipes, including grilling burgers, frying, and assembling sandwiches. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required. Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.

Job Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 16 years of age.
