Duties Serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings with speed and accuracy, ensuring each scoop is perfectly presented Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner, providing recommendations and upselling popular flavors or add-ons to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the scooping area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices Operate POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and ensure the workspace remains organized and inviting Assist with food preparation tasks like preparing cones, cups, and toppings while adhering to food safety guidelines Support other team members with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining overall shop cleanliness Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
