Job Summary:
As a Burger King Team Member at Onvo, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Accurately take customer orders and process payments using the POS system. Prepare food and beverages according to Burger King standards and recipes. Ensure food quality, presentation, and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve daily goals. Follow all safety and security procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Job Qualifications:
No prior experience required; willing to train. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
