Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Team Member at Onvo Popeyes, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving delicious food, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders. Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently. Prepare food items according to Popeyes' recipes and quality standards. Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are consistently followed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Stock and replenish ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials. Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment setup/breakdown. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Must be at least 16 years of age.
