Deli Clerk

Mignosi's Foodtown is a family owned Supermarket in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania for over 30 years. We are looking for friendly, highly motivated persons whom work well with others. The pay rate and position is negotiable and determined by experience. Experience is not required. This is a high volume New York Style deli department. We are exclusively hiring for 2nd shift in the range from 12pm - 8pm.

Deli / Bakery

Clerk duties and responsibilities: Respond to customer queries, make product recommendations and provide samples. Custom Slice Deli meats for customers. Custom Package Show case items for customers. Help customers locate, choose and buy products. Weigh, label, package and products for retail sale. Stock and organize displays and showcases. Clean the work areas and maintain tools and equipment. Coordinate with other staff in following food safety and hygiene procedures according to company policy. Ensure prompt service and high level of customer satisfaction. The open position is for mid-day to closing deli/bakery shifts. The scheduling range is 9am - 8PM.
