  • Part-time About us: Michaux Brewing Company is located in Gettysburg , PA.
We offer a deli-style kitchen with a limited selection of hoagies, sandwiches, salads and a few hot items along with 12 rotating taps of our own craft beer. We are currently hiring 1 full time or 1-2 part time experienced kitchen staff and/or sandwich artists to staff our Gettysburg location. This staff member will also assist the bartender with general taproom tasks including washing glasses, bussing tables, etc. The sandwich artist will assist in creating the ultimate Michaux Brewing Company experience by preparing food for guests and assisting in keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
This individual should be:

Michaux Brew Co is dedicated to creating delicious craft beer and food in a fun, welcoming, laid-back environment. This individual MUST be available to work Wednesday
  • Sunday for lunch through dinner hours and must be able to work independently in the kitchen.
Job Duties include (but are not limited to): Prep for and prepare food based upon current menu Ensure food is safely, properly and consistently prepared and served in a timely manner Coordinate with Taproom staff (bartenders) to complete customer orders Maintain safe food-handling techniques and obtain/maintain food handling certification Follow all FDA and Department of Agriculture Health regulations Kitchen cleaning and maintenance of equipment Assist with cleanup, dishwashing, and other kitchen maintenance tasks as needed Assist with marketing efforts & outside events as needed
