Member Experience Specialist (Front Desk / Sales) IronTurf - Jenkintown, PA IronTurf is a premium boutique training and recovery facility opening in Jenkintown. Our mission is to deliver elite coaching, luxury recovery, and an unmatched member experience. We are looking for energetic and personable team members who thrive in a high-energy fitness environment and love building relationships with people. As a Member Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for members and prospective clients. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while helping grow the IronTurf community. Responsibilities Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for every member and guest Answer phones and respond to inquiries about memberships and services Follow up with leads and schedule prospective members for classes and facility tours Contact member referrals and assist with onboarding new clients Schedule and explain InBody body composition scans Give tours of the facility and explain all IronTurf amenities and services Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Assist with member scheduling and general administrative tasks Ideal Candidate Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with people Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable speaking on the phone and following up with leads Sales or customer service experience is a plus Fitness industry experience is a bonus but not required

Compensation:

$17-$18 per hour plus commission opportunities

Schedule:

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Morning, evening, and weekend availability preferred. Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
