Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Back of House Team Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support the kitchen operations by preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Duties Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly Follow food safety protocols and handling procedures to uphold health standards Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients and assisting with special dietary requests Handle food with care, ensuring proper portioning and presentation for each dish Aid in catering events or large-scale meal preparations as needed Serve as a team player by supporting front-of-house staff during busy service periods when necessary Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable Experience working in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus Strong food handling, preparation, and cooking skills, including knife skills and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and food service operations Hands-on kitchen experience within the food industry or culinary settings preferred Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment This role is paid and offers an exciting opportunity to grow your culinary expertise while contributing to memorable dining experiences.
