Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member and be the welcoming face of our bustling deli and quick service restaurant. In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth food and beverage operations, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether you're assisting with food preparation, managing POS systems, or maintaining sanitation standards, your enthusiasm and dedication will help us serve up memorable experiences every day. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take orders accurately using Aloha POS process payments, and handle cash with precision Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed Upsell menu items and promote specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring the restaurant environment is inviting and hygienic Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising service quality Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurant, or café environment preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are essential Experience in customer service roles that involve serving, cashiering, or retail sales will help you excel in this position Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations is a plus Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
