We are looking for servers, hosts, and expediters. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations Seat guests efficiently, ensuring timely service and optimal table turnover Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Provide attentive guest services, addressing inquiries, special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards to ensure a clean dining environment Support food preparation and kitchen staff as needed during busy periods, ensuring smooth operations Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy and integrity Uphold food safety regulations and sanitation protocols consistently throughout your shift Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates positive guest interactions Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Familiarity with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and guest relations in the food industry Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues Join us as a Front of House Team Member where your passion for hospitality will shine!
