Job Description:

Job Summary:

As a Subway Sandwich Artist at Onvo, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious sandwiches and salads while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare food according to Subway's strict recipes and quality standards, including slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food preparation areas, customer dining areas, and restrooms. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and preparing for the next shift. Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.

Job Qualifications:

No prior experience required; willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be at least 16 years of age.
