Duties Prepare food items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance their experience Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations Handle cash transactions accurately while managing register operations and balancing tills Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with a friendly and energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Previous restaurant experience or café work is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and team members confidently Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting supplies, and maintaining cleanliness Join us as a Fast Food Team Member where your enthusiasm fuels our success!
