• We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a dynamic restaurant or café. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the establishment.
• Duties
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and serving stations
• Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
• Uphold high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
• Experience
• Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is advantageous
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Sales experience and time management skills are beneficial
