Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with a positive attitude. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment. Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, giving correct change, and balancing cash drawers. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation standards throughout shifts. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations. Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes is advantageous.
