Job Description

Lucentcore Group is looking for an outgoing and motivated AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T products and services while assisting customers with their telecommunications needs. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions about AT&T services, and help individuals find solutions that fit their needs. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working as part of a team, and developing valuable communication skills. Core Responsibilities of an
AT&T Team Member:
Engage with customers and provide information about AT&T products and services Answer customer questions and help identify the best service options for their needs Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction Build positive relationships with new and existing customers Represent the AT&T brand in a professional and friendly manner Work alongside team members to achieve daily and weekly goals Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures
AT&T Team Member Qualifications:
