Available Positions Server Starting pay:

$4.50/hour plus tips Training shifts: $9.00/hour Servers will be trained on the Dorada Experience , which includes our standards for guest service, table presentation, menu knowledge, teamwork, professionalism, and creating a welcoming environment from the moment guests arrive until they leave.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with a warm and professional attitude Taking food and drink orders accurately Providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience Learning the menu and being able to make recommendations Maintaining clean and organized tables and service areas Working closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management Helping create an upscale and welcoming atmosphere for every guest Bartender Starting pay: $8.00-$10.00/hour plus tips , based on experience Bartenders are expected to provide excellent service while preparing quality drinks in a clean, organized, and professional bar environment.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Providing friendly and attentive service to bar guests Maintaining a clean and stocked bar area Following Dorada's drink standards and presentation expectations Handling orders accurately Working as part of the front of house team to support great guest experiences Bringing professionalism, personality, and consistency to every shift What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are dependable, professional, friendly, and motivated.
