Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of soft serve ice cream flavors with precision and care, ensuring consistent quality. Engage with customers in a lively, friendly manner, providing excellent service and answering any questions about menu options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations. Follow all safety and hygiene standards rigorously to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Restock supplies as needed, including cones, toppings, napkins, and other essentials to keep the station fully prepared. Assist in creating a fun and energetic atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the brand's cheerful image. Qualifications Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a lively, positive attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members.
