This is an in-person, business-to-business sales opportunity where you'll meet directly with local business owners, introduce commercial energy solutions, and help businesses explore programs that may reduce their monthly energy costs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy professional communication, structured environments, and working in a performance-driven setting with strong team support, training, and development opportunities. As a Commercial Team Member
  • Sales, you will work directly with business owners and decision-makers to introduce energy service options that align with their operational needs. You'll play an important role in simplifying information, building trust, and ensuring a smooth and efficient enrollment experience from start to finish. Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Team Member
  • Sales Present commercial energy programs and explain available cost-saving options to local business owners.
Educate business customers on available offerings and guide them through the enrollment and account setup process Build strong client relationships through trust, consistency, communication, and account support Identify business needs and recommend service solutions that align with operational goals as a Commercial Team Member
  • Sales Build relationships with business owners while helping them evaluate energy service options Accurately document client interactions, account activity, enrollment progress, and business sales outcomes as a Commercial Team Member
  • Sales Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve business development strategies, client engagement, and overall performance Help manage client accounts while supporting customer retention and account growth initiatives as a Commercial Team Member

  • Sales Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills in a professional business environment Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing client accounts and documentation accurately Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and business-minded approach Interest in business sales, account management, client services, business development, or customer engagement Team-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field No prior experience required—full training, mentorship, and ongoing support provided
