We are a family-owned and operated business that has been operating for over 30 years. We have a fun hybrid business model with a sit-down restaurant, take-out deli, quality catering, and curated market selection. Essential DutiesResponsibilities Builds fresh salads in retail packaging per given recipes and guides. Makes all prep associated with the product, including dressing and condiments, according to given recipes and daily pars. Maintains cleanliness and aesthetic of display cases and fridges. Maintains cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage area. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Answer, report, and follow GM/KM instructions. Full Time and Part Time are available. Health Insurance available to full-time employees after 90 day probation period.
