Job Description:
The Dunkin Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and following all Dunkin brand standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin brand standards and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment and surfaces, stocking supplies, and disposing of waste Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with team members and management Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Must be at least 16 years of age
