Farmers Market Crew (Seafood) — Set Schedule, Team-Based

Marin (Mill Valley / Corte Madera area) We are a small, local seafood business looking for a reliable team member to support our farmers market operations in Marin. This is a structured, team-based role — ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with people, and being part of a small, organized team. Responsibilities Set up and break down farmers market booth Assist customers in a friendly, simple manner Handle and organize seafood products (training provided) Maintain clean, organized presentation throughout the shift Work closely with team lead on-site Schedule Part-time, weekly market shifts Approx. 5-6 hours per shift (set schedule) Includes setup and breakdown within that time Requirements Reliable and on time Comfortable working as part of a team Able to follow clear direction Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting (20-40 lbs) Good communication skills (simple, friendly interaction) What This Role Is Structured shift (not open-ended hourly) Team-coordinated role (not independent) Active, hands-on work What This Role Is NOT Flexible "add hours anytime" position Remote or passive role Solo / independent contractor-style work Compensation Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow into a consistent role (W-2)
