Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member Build sales relationships in person, helping customers discover why Verizon FiOS is the better choice for their home internet. Ask questions about how customers use the internet, streaming movies, working from home, and online school, to understand what they really need. Make choosing an internet plan feel simple and stress-free, explaining options in plain language that builds confidence Drive sales through friendly persistence, timely follow-up, and a focus on what matters most to each household.
