Job Description
Ocean Catch is a family-owned retail seafood market dedicated to providing exceptional quality seafood and outstanding customer service. We are currently hiring full-time, part-time, and seasonal summer employees to join our team. If you are dependable, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Assist customers at the seafood counter by weighing and packaging products Operate the register and accurately process customer transactions Keep seafood cases stocked, organized, and visually appealing Perform food preparation tasks as needed Complete daily cleaning and sanitation duties Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable with a strong work ethic Ability to arrive to work on time consistently Clean, professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to be on your feet for periods of time as well as able to comfortably lift 30lb's. Must be available to work Fridays and weekends Must be available to work major holidays, including the Fourth of July and other peak holiday periods Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Weekly performance bonus + large summer bonus Customer tips Summer Bonus Program Full-time employees who maintain an average of 35 or more hours per week and meet attendance and performance expectations are eligible to earn a $1,500 Summer Bonus during the period of June 14 through September 14.
