Job Summary
HOURS 6 AM- 2 PM
Join our vibrant team as a Full Time Front of House/Counter Person, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you'll be the friendly face welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring smooth food service operations. Your culinary background and POS expertise will help you deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently managing transactions. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using
TOAST POS
systems Prepare simple food items with attention to quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including daily cleaning/ side work Assist with food preparation tasks as needed in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods Experience with cashiering, serving, cleaning, and quick service restaurant operations is a plus Basic food counter experience or culinary background is beneficial Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in the food industry.
