About the Role Want to earn solid money before the semester starts while working alongside other students? Earn up to $400+ a day Undergrads is hiring Move-In Crew members to support move-in day at student housing communities across the country. You'll be part of the team welcoming residents, helping them move into their new homes, and making one of the busiest days of the year run smoothly. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented role where you'll stay active, meet new people, and get paid for a day's work before classes ramp up. What You'll Do As a member of the Move-In Crew, you'll: Help residents unload vehicles upon arrival Transport boxes, bags, and furniture to apartments Load and push moving carts throughout the property Work closely with your crew to support move-in operations Create a positive first-day experience for incoming residents No moving experience is required. We'll provide the information you need before the event. Compensation & Perks $18/hour base pay paid promptly after the event Keep 100% of your cash tips Most crew members earn the equivalent of $23-$28/hour after tips $25 referral bonus for every friend you refer who completes the event A real shot to get on our crew for future paid events Everyone who shows up on time and stays the whole shift is entered to win a $300 bonus $350 raffle just for showing up! Who We're Looking For Available for the full shift on 30th Jul, 2026 Comfortable with physical work and being active throughout the day ( Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day) Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute Friendly and professional when interacting with residents (you're the first impression for families on move-in day) 18 or older.
