Chick-fil-A Inside Magnolia Mall Team Member (Back of House)

Kitchen Team Member Chick-fil-A at Magnolia Mall is seeking a dedicated and high-energy Full-Time & Part-Time Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House team. This role focuses on preparing high-quality food while maintaining Chick-fil-A's standards for food safety, quality, and teamwork.

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Food Preparation:

Prepare, cook, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.

Operational Support:

Help open the kitchen or front of house and assist with inventory stocking.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Strictly follow all food safety policies and maintain a clean, orderly workspace at all times.

Teamwork:

Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive, coachable attitude. We are closed on Sundays.

Requirements:

Availability:

Must be able to work 8-hour shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs.
