Weighing, wrapping, and pricing meat products Placing meat in stock or displays so customers can view it for purchase Monitoring meat quality and discarding any spoiled product Preparing special orders for customers Assisting customers with questions or concerns about meat products Unloading truck and breaking down pallets; placing and rotating boxes to specific location Maintaining department organization and cleanliness Cleaning and sanitizing meat area Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
