Job description About the Role As a Sandwich Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, salads, dressings, and sauces while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. • Own your station and raise the standard What You'll Do Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads according to company standards Prepare sauces and dressings for sandwiches and pastries Maintain an attractive and organized sandwich display Assist team members in all areas of café operations as needed Complete production, usage, and waste reports Maintain daily inventory and restock station supplies Order products and materials when necessary Monitor food quality and notify management when supplies are low Participate in bi-monthly and monthly inventory counts Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, refrigerators, freezers, utensils, and storage areas Receive and properly store deliveries in designated storage areas Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items and Paris Baguette brand standards What You Bring Minimum 1 year of food handling or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of food preparation and knife handling Ability to perform basic math calculations including fractions and decimals Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing exceptional guest service Passion for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality What We're Looking For Team players who thrive in collaborative environments Individuals with strong emotional intelligence and professionalism Self-motivated and dependable employees Brand ambassadors who align with Paris Baguette's mission, vision, and culture People who love creating memorable guest experiences
