Meat Department Associate - Full-time with benefit package County Fair Food Store Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Package, wrap, weigh, and price meats and related products accurately for display in meat case
- Maintain adequately filled cases and proper product rotation
- Provide excellent customer service in a prompt and friendly manner
- Take special customer orders in person and over the phone
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping
- Observe policies and procedures established for the department
- Observe State Health Department regulations
- Work in an area that is frequently exposed to temperatures of refrigerated coolers and freezers
- Assume additional duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Be 18 years of age
- Be able to occasionally exert or lift up to 100 pounds
- Possess excellent customer service skills
