Deli Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of deli products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Duties Prepare and serve deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, in accordance with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling products when appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Follow all company policies regarding food handling and sanitation practices. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurant environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in the food industry, including knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively to meet customer demands.
