Job duties:

Light prep work: PM shift sometimes has portioning / sauces / light duty. Cooking orders in accordance with company standards / policy including- -Operation of a full-service kitchen range with ovens, flattop and char-grill, and commercial frier. -

Dishes:

you are responsible for doing dishes. Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends. Insurance options after 1 year employment with company.
