With over 50 years of service, we are a well-established firm specializing in land surveying across West, Middle, and East Tennessee counties.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in the dynamic field of land surveying, which includes both fieldwork and office-based CAD drafting.

Responsibilities:

Assist land surveyors and on-site in all weather conditions. Perform some office administrative tasks, including assisting surveyors, managing inventory, and other related duties. Opportunity for training in land surveying practices.

Qualifications:

No prior surveying experience required; however, experience in any workforce is beneficial. Must have a strong work ethic. Ability to commute to Fairview within 45 minutes.

Desirable Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson software. Experience with land surveying, particularly in data collection using GPS & Total Station. Strong mathematical skills (trigonometry, geometry). Ability to interpret schematics and perform drafting tasks. Knowledge of utility locating and familiarity with 3D scanning is advantageous.
