Food Truck Crew Member

Introduction Volunteer Fry Company is a growing Middle Tennessee brand looking for dependable team members to join our mobile kitchen crew. We operate a fast-paced food truck serving scratch-made loaded fries and other comfort foods at community locations and regional events across Middle Tennessee. Job Overview As a Food Truck Crew Member, you will, take customer orders, compile (expedite) orders, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Our team works closely together in a compact kitchen environment, so reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards Take customer orders and handle transactions Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Keep the truck clean and organized during service Assist with setup and breakdown at event locations Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality and hospitality Qualifications Experience with customer service is preferred Strong service-driven work ethic Willingness to learn new skills and follow systems Ability to work well in a small team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen setting Prior food truck experience is helpful but not required . Requirements Must be 18 years or older Must have reliable transportation to travel to scheduled setups and events Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a mobile kitchen environment Work Locations Our truck operates at regular weekly locations and special events across Middle Tennessee. Some events may be outside our normal radius. When travel is required, employees may receive lodging, meals, and travel support when appropriate .
