What You'll Be Handling:
Assist customers directly, providing product information and service sales support. Recommend AT&T solutions based on customer needs, driving upgrades and new activations. Resolve inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and a sense of urgency. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Educate customers on billing, device troubleshooting, and service enhancements. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay informed on AT&T promotions, policies, and product updates. Represent El Paso Communications and AT&T with professionalism and positivity.
