Job Summary Beachy's Baking Co. is looking for a hardworking, kind, and dependable Food Truck Team Member/Baker to join our growing team. This role involves baking and preparing scratch-made donuts and soft pretzels, serving customers with hospitality, and helping maintain a clean, organized food trailer environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with food, moves with urgency, works well on a team, and genuinely cares about creating a great customer experience. Duties Mix, prep, shape, fry, bake, and finish donuts and pretzels Prepare glazes, toppings, dips, and other menu items Serve customers with friendliness and professionalism Take customer orders and operate the POS system Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the trailer and commissary Assist with setup, breakdown, stocking, and restocking Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and teammates Experience Food service, baking, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time Ability to lift 25-50 pounds Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability required for full time roles Must be dependable, coachable, and team-oriented Must maintain a clean and professional appearance
