Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Jersey Mike's in Cibolo. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and upholding our high standards of quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to company recipes and guidelines Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas Follow food safety procedures and regulations Assist with stocking and inventory management
Qualifications:
Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude
