Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and process transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in all front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and storage protocols Assist with setting up dining areas, restocking supplies, and managing table turnover to optimize guest experience Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive attitude Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Strong customer service skills with a genuine desire to create positive guest interactions Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payments Ability to follow food safety protocols diligently and maintain high standards of cleanliness Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
