PROMO TEAM MEMBER

Job Summary A Gym Promo Team Member promotes the gym's memberships, services, classes, and events to potential customers. This role focuses on generating leads, engaging with the community, increasing memberships, and creating a positive first impression of the gym. Key Responsibilities Promote gym memberships, personal training, and fitness programs Greet and engage with prospective members in-person or at events Distribute promotional materials and explain membership options Generate sales leads and schedule gym tours Assist with marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community outreach Set up and manage promotional booths at events or local businesses Maintain knowledge of gym services, pricing, and promotions Follow up with potential members by phone, text, or email Help create an energetic and welcoming environment Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Outgoing, energetic, and professional attitude Interest in fitness, health, or wellness Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Sales or customer service experience preferred but often not required Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Skills Customer service Sales and persuasion Teamwork Social media familiarity Organization and time management Positive attitude and motivation Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Walking around events or gym facilities Occasionally lifting promotional materials or equipment Greet and engage with prospective members in-person or at events Distribute promotional materials and explain membership options Generate sales leads and schedule gym tours Assist with marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and community outreach Set up and manage promotional booths at events or local businesses Maintain knowledge of gym services, pricing, and promotions Follow up with potential members by phone, text, or email Help create an energetic and welcoming environment

Pay:

$7.25 - $1,335.00 per hour
