Cashier/Sales Associate/ food service

Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their food choices, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Prepare and serve food items following safety standards, including basic food preparation and sanitation procedures Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen stations through bussing and sanitation practices Manage food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining proper storage standards Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred; restaurant experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and food prep tasks Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving serving or cashiering is advantageous Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform cleaning duties Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for food service meets your talent for sales!
