Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Artist and become the heart of our fast-paced, customer-focused food service environment! Duties Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following established recipes and standards. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and provide friendly service throughout their visit. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while ensuring accuracy in sales and change. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials regularly to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Assist with bussing tables or cleaning dining areas to uphold a clean and inviting environment for guests. Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate measurement of ingredients. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
