As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing fresh subs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards. Operate the POS system efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining and prep areas. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Skills & Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Strong teamwork and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Effective problem-solving skills to handle customer and operational challenges. Maintain a positive attitude even during busy or stressful situations. Basic familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required.
