What You'll Do as an

AT&T Team Member:

Engage with customers in person to drive AT&T sales and promote wireless and internet services Educate customers on AT&T products, plans, and promotions to support informed sales decisions Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T sales solutions Assist with activations, upgrades, and service changes throughout the sales process Provide a high-quality customer experience before, during, and after each AT&T sale Build relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction and repeat sales opportunities Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a performance-driven environment Participate in daily training focused on improving AT&T sales techniques and product knowledge

What We're Looking For:
