Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and quickly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area is inviting and sanitized Support food safety protocols through proper food handling and sanitation practices Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness throughout shifts Skills Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Previous restaurant or retail experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Embark on a rewarding journey where your positive attitude fuels great guest experiences!
