JOB DESCRIPTION
Aspire2B is searching for a Team Member for our Arby's Concept. This position impacts the long-term viability of the company by welcoming the guest and growing revenue in the restaurant.
YOU WILL
Create a sense of community with guests. Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggested items. Set-up, maintain, and operate the front counter and condiment stands. Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. Take food orders and accurately input into the register system. Resolve guest complaints and bring them to the attention of the manager. Adhere to SERV Safe Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies. Develop strong working relationships within the team.
