Taco Palenque is currently hiring Back of House Team Members for our morning and afternoon shift. Shift Availability Morning Shift Afternoon Shift Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items following company recipes and procedures Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen Support different kitchen stations as needed during operations Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation Follow all food safety and company procedures Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn and support multiple kitchen areas Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team environment Hands-on training Apply today and become part of the Taco Palenque family!
