Starting Pay:
$9.00/hr + TIPS! Looking for a Daytime Job? Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Mont Belvieu is hiring energetic, dependable Crew Members who are available to work morning and daytime shifts . Our morning shifts begin between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM and typically end between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM , depending on business needs and your scheduled shift. This position is ideal for adults, college students with afternoon classes, retirees, parents, or anyone looking for consistent daytime hours. Please apply only if you are available to work these daytime shifts. Weekend availability is required. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing outstanding guest service, and being part of a fun team, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Prepare delicious smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and bowls Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate guest service Keep the cafe clean, stocked, and organized Work alongside an energetic team to create an amazing guest experience Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
